Shaping perception of what is possible

I was born into a working-class family in Hungary, somewhere in that messy period before communism was kicked to the curb.

Being a young, Roma and queer woman, I had my fair share of struggle with discrimination while I was building my career.

It all started in the boardroom – where I honed my skills and became the no-BS leader I am today.

In 2014 I co-founded my second company [eureka], which is a leadership development and management consulting firm. By harnessing the power of community building, we foster cultural transformation that boosts growth and strengthens cooperation.

I’m marching to the beat of my own drum and I’m always looking for new challenges. In 2022, I moved to Berlin, the city of my dreams and created the flexible lifestyle I’ve always wanted. Now I travel around the world to attend conferences and to be with clients and partners I enjoy working with.

I believe that if we are authentic in all aspects of our lives, we will be able to fulfill our potential and have fun doing it. This is what I help my clients achieve.

I work from an intersectional and multi-layered perspective, which proved to be an invaluable benefit because I understand how people and businesses work.
